We're shipping every week day!

We ship new orders everyday from our Devon factory, however, due to stocking, please allow the team 2-3 days for dispatching, as some candles are made to order. If you need your item shipped sooner, please reply to our dispatch email to notify the team and we will get it processed ASAP! 

Shipping worldwide from our factory in Devon

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail, DHL Express and United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is calculated at checkout, so it's best to proceed to see the price. Or over £30, we pick up the bill on the shipping in the UK.

 

Returns: Easy & Happiness-focussed

Witchy products are warranted for 3 months from the date of shipping against any defects, like if your product arrives in less than stellar condition due to mishandling. Simply put, if we made a mistake, we’re committed to fixing it.

The warranty does not cover what is caused by you (but we don't abuse this), or anything that has been lost, dropped or damaged in any other way. We do a strict quality control before we package and ship every single item. To claim a warrant, please email CustomerSupport@witchyhq.com with a description of what happened, a photo and your order number, so we can help make it right. 

Is your item not quite right or not quite what you expected? We accept returns on ready-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We don't accept returns on custom made items. If your item is not defective, we do not pay for return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.
