Witchy products are warranted for 3 months from the date of shipping against any defects, like if your product arrives in less than stellar condition due to mishandling. Simply put, if we made a mistake, we’re committed to fixing it.
The warranty does not cover what is caused by you (but we don't abuse this), or anything that has been lost, dropped or damaged in any other way. We do a strict quality control before we package and ship every single item, and we make sure your crystals and candles are at their most beautiful before being wrapped up. To claim a warrant, please email email@example.com with a description of what happened, a photo and your order number, so we can help make it right.
Is your item not quite right size or not quite what you expected? We accept returns on ready-stock items within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item is meant as a gift and you need more time, please let us know beforehand. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We don't accept returns on custom made items.
If your item is not defective, we do not pay for return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee.
